About us
Seven decades of tradition at the Auto-moto savez Crne Gore — roadside assistance, driver information, international documents and membership of the FIA and ARC Europe.
The Auto-moto savez Crne Gore has a tradition seven decades long, and its core activity is providing information about road conditions and roadside assistance to motorised road users. The Auto-moto savez Crne Gore also issues international documents (international driving permits, international authorisations to drive another person's vehicle and others) and carries out other activities of importance.
The network of automobile and motoring clubs
Within the system of the Auto-moto savez Crne Gore there are automobile and motoring clubs covering every part of the national territory in the provision of roadside assistance, along with other services of interest to motorists in Montenegro and beyond.
Membership of the FIA and ARC Europe
In 2006 the Auto-moto savez Crne Gore became, in its own right, a full member of the FIA — the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, which represents well over 100 million members and motorised road users and brings together virtually every country in the world — in the fields of mobility, motor sport and the protection of users' legitimate interests and safety. The Auto-moto savez Crne Gore was also admitted to ARC Europe, the European roadside assistance network, which has made it possible to improve every part of this activity through active participation and cooperation within that European association.
Recognition of the Auto-moto savez Crne Gore by these international organisations is the best proof of the European standard of the services provided on the territory of Montenegro. Decades of experience and its contribution to the development and organisation of domestic and international motoring competitions, together with the considerable successes of its clubs and competitors at those events, are a recognisable part of the Savez's standing.
