Where tolls are charged in Montenegro and how much — the Smokovac – Mateševo section of the motorway, the Sozina tunnel and the Kamenari – Lepetane ferry.
In Montenegro tolls are charged on:
the Bar – Boljare motorway, Smokovac – Mateševo section
the section of trunk road through the Sozina tunnel, on the Bar – Podgorica route
In addition, a charge is made for the ferry crossing between Kamenari and Lepetane, on the Tivat – Herceg Novi route.
Smokovac – Mateševo motorway section
The prices are set by the Decision on the amount and method of payment of tolls (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 065/22 of 21.06.2022), adopted by the Government of Montenegro at its session of 9 June 2022 under Article 20, paragraph 4 of the Roads Act (Official Gazette of Montenegro, no. 82/20). The Decision sets the amount and the method of payment of the charge for use of the Bar – Boljare motorway, Smokovac – Mateševo section.

Sozina tunnel
On the Bar – Podgorica route a toll is charged for passage through the Sozina tunnel, under the decision of the Government of Montenegro of 19.01.2014, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro no. 31/2014 of 24.07.2014. The decision has applied since 23.08.2014.
